The Plan General de Ordenación Supletorio of Yaiza, approved in 2014, was annulled in its entirety by the High Court of Justice of the Canary Islands, and the annulment became final in April 2026. The Ayuntamiento de Yaiza has since suspended the granting of building licences and applies the planning instrument of 1973. A new General Plan is in preparation.
The buildability of 30% previously quoted for this plot derived from the 2014 plan and is not currently applicable. What the 1973 instrument provides for this plot, and whether the services already present support classification as urban land, must be established by a cédula urbanística from the Ayuntamiento.
