Processing: (I) Human Resources Management. (II) Attention of requests received through the website. (III) Invoicing, accounting and tax management. (IV) Administrative management. (V) Customer management. (VI) Attention to the exercise of rights. (VII) Notification of security breaches when appropriate.

Purpose: (I) Personnel selection, training, preparation and sending of payslips and other documents necessary for the employment relationship. (II) To deal with requests received through the website. (III) Preparation of invoices to clients, preparation of official accounting and calculation, presentation and settlement of taxes, preparation of commercial documents, such as balance sheets and reports. (IV) Administrative management involving collections and payments and relations with suppliers. (V) Provision of real estate agency services, administration of estates and communities of owners. (VI) To deal with requests for the exercise of rights related to personal data. (VII) Notifying data subjects and the Supervisory Authority of security breaches that may affect the rights and freedoms of data subjects.

Legitimation: (I) Enforcement of contractual and pre-contractual measures. (II) and (IV) Legitimate interest (III) Law 58/2003, of 17 December, General Taxation. (V) Application of contractual and pre-contractual measures. (VI) and (VII) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

Retention period: (I) Duration of the employment contract and the period necessary to meet liabilities arising from the provision of employment. (II) Period of validity of the proposal. (III) and (IV) Six years for commercial purposes, and the period necessary to meet liabilities arising from the payment of taxes. (V) For the duration of the provision of the service and the period necessary to meet liabilities arising from the same. (VI) and (VII) The period necessary for the fulfilment of said purpose, as well as for the duration of the liabilities that may arise from them.

Exercise of rights: You may exercise your right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and opposition to processing, under the terms and conditions established in the regulations on personal data protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, by sending a request by email to jon@jonwolsen.com or by sending a written request to: Calle Azores, 2, Playa Blanca CP 35580, Las Palmas indicating in any case the Reference: “Data Protection” together with some document proving your identity such as a photocopy of your ID card, as well as to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Who is responsible for the processing of your data?
The owner of the company and of this website is OLSEN STATE S.L., so that any personal data that you communicate through this website and the data collection forms that are made in person will be treated under the responsibility of OLSEN STATE S.L.

What personal data do we collect? (how do we obtain them?)
We will ask you for the minimum data necessary to carry out the purposes indicated in the previous section, normally name and surname, address and contact details.

How do we use the personal data that we manage under our responsibility?

We use your data for the following purposes:

And the use we make of them is exclusively that which is necessary for each of the purposes, so for example for human resources management, we send data to our labour consultancy to draw up employment contracts and pay slips, also to the bank for the payment of salaries and to the State Tax Administration Agency to report on the annual withholdings we make on salaries, to the Mutual Insurance Company and to the Occupational Risk Prevention Company, but except for obligation or to receive a service necessary for the development of our activity we do not communicate or process data for additional purposes.

For how long?
When the processing of data is imposed by a regulation, this regulation normally includes the period during which the data must be processed or stored. For example, the Commercial Code establishes the obligation to keep the data for accounting and commercial purposes for six years, but there are certain cases, such as the application of certain deductions, which make it obligatory to keep the economic justifications for a longer period, sometimes up to fifteen years.

Disclosure to third parties
As in the previous cases, the data we disclose to third parties is always limited to the minimum necessary.

What security measures do we apply to personal data?
OLSEN STATE S.L. has appropriate policies and technical and organisational measures in place to safeguard and protect your personal data against unlawful or unauthorised access, accidental loss or destruction, damage, unlawful or unauthorised use and disclosure.

We will also take all reasonable precautions to ensure that our staff and employees who have access to your personal data have received appropriate training.

What are your rights as a data subject?
